Development
Geologist
Crescent Gold Ltd, an ASX listed Company, is an emerging gold
producer in the Laverton goldfields of Western Australia. The company has
recently re-commenced open pit operations and requires a motivated Development
Geologist to join our team.
Reporting to the Senior Development
Geologist, your duties will include:

Carry out all work activities in accordance
with Crescent safety, health and environment polices.
·
Responsible for collection of quality
development data and its timely integration into Perth database.
·
Assist Senior Development Geologist with
maintenance of and adherence to development systems and procedures on site.
·
Proactive day to day supervision of
contractors and staff to ensure efficient development campaigns.
·
Geological evaluation of resource
opportunities as requested by Senior Development Geologist.
·
Mentor development graduate geologists and
technicians.
·
Development programme design as required.
·
Supervision of drill rigs and other
contractor operations.
·
Detailed project work as allocated.
·
Production of technical reports.
Requirements:
To be considered for this position, you will need a tertiary
degree in Geology and approximately one to two years experience working as a
resource development, mine or brownfields exploration geologist in the
Australian mining industry.
A class C
Western Australian drivers licence is required.
Skills with MS Office will be highly regarded and knowledge of 3D
modelling software is preferred although not essential.
The role provides
employees with a 12/9 fly in / fly out roster from Perth.
A competitive
remuneration package will be commensurate and negotiable dependent upon
experience.
Crescent
Gold Ltd is an ASX listed company and an emerging gold producer in the

Officer for a Paternity leave contract to begin mid February.
This is an ideal role is for someone who is
looking to expand their Environmental experience within the mining/resources
industry and who values teamwork and having a lasting impact within the work
place.
Reporting to the
HS&E Coordinator your specific duties will include but not be limited to:

Carrying out procedures outlined in the
company’s Environmental Management Plan including ground water and surface
water monitoring, rehabilitation, weed control, seed collection, recycling,
data entry, record keeping and other applied environmental management
techniques;
·
Assisting in the implementation and
continuous improvement of site environmental management system;
·
Assisting in the provision of site
environmental inductions and training.
·
Efficient completion of other assigned tasks
as directed by the HS&E Coordinator
·
Supervise and monitor compliance with
environmental site policies, and relevant legislative requirements including
completion of regular audits.
To be
successful in this position you will need to have

Bachelor degree in Environmental Science or
similar
·
Excellent written and verbal communication
skills
·
Knowledge of WA regulations
·
Be able to work as part of a team and without
supervision
·
Prior field based experience will be highly
regarded
· Enthusiastic, Motivated and Driven
Experience in the
resources sector would be highly regarded however
graduates are encouraged to apply.
